Honbo is a celebrated burger restaurant in Hong Kong, known for serving authentic American-style smash burgers. Since 2017, Honbo has been winning awards and the hearts of countless fans. Honbo TST is located on Gateway Arcade in Harbour City shopping mall, near The Prince Hotel entrance, and it offers fantastic harbour views with both inside and outside seating. We pride ourselves on honest cooking and quality ingredients. We import Double Gold American beef from the USA, and we have developed a unique, all-natural, potato milk bun recipe with an artisanal baker making us a "must try" burger in Hong Kong. Only a 7-minute walk from Exit L5, Tsim Sha Tsui/East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. Open daily from 11:30 to 21:00.

之前係灣仔果邊食過一次Honbo, 印象非常好❤️原來佢地係海港城開左分店！前幾日去開果邊就順便去試下。 黎到當然係食Signature 嘅Honbo漢堡喇🤤Burger入面加左漢堡扒、酸瓜同洋蔥等配料，仲有重點嘅特調醬汁。佢地嘅漢堡扒食落非常Juicy, 加埋生洋蔥絲食真係流晒口水❤️ 我雖然唔係特別鍾意Buffalo Wings，但間唔中都會想食下。Honbo嘅Buffalo wing 味道都唔錯，食落辛辣味十足。 ~ Chiu Y
Honbo was founded by Montreal-raised Hongkonger Michael Chan. It got many winning awards (crowned one of Time Out Hong Kong’s Top Ten Burgers 2017). Every Honbo burger— made with care, love and honesty— showcases the very best flavours Hong Kong has to offer. This attracted me to visit they newly open shop in Harbour City! Enjoy their sea view with the nicest burger Just order the Honbo 2.0 if you think the normal Honbo cannot fit your appetites anymore haha😅The gold standard is really nice with extra bacon and meat, and loads of cheese as well! For snacks, I usually ordered their sweet potato fries and buffalo wings. The fries are very crispy and I like the spicy sauce of buffalo wings. After all these oily food, it was refreshing to drink a cup of iced lemonade and apple iced tea! ~ Fat F
裝修以木系帶藍白色為主，今次被安排坐近窗邊，可以望到海景，食漢堡都可以好享受🤣 我地每人都叫咗一個漢堡、炸薯條同飲品，試咗2款漢堡，都好好食，其中The Gold Standard $178，係一個超級巨型漢堡包，份量好多，一啖食唔曬，淨係牛肉都有兩塊4oz，入口好多肉汁，加埋煙肉，更加香口，配料仲有洋蔥、生菜、芝士等，層次豐富😋 ~ carcar f
