Honbo was founded by Montreal-raised Hongkonger Michael Chan. It got many winning awards (crowned one of Time Out Hong Kong’s Top Ten Burgers 2017). Every Honbo burger— made with care, love and honesty— showcases the very best flavours Hong Kong has to offer. This attracted me to visit they newly open shop in Harbour City! Enjoy their sea view with the nicest burger Just order the Honbo 2.0 if you think the normal Honbo cannot fit your appetites anymore haha😅The gold standard is really nice with extra bacon and meat, and loads of cheese as well! For snacks, I usually ordered their sweet potato fries and buffalo wings. The fries are very crispy and I like the spicy sauce of buffalo wings. After all these oily food, it was refreshing to drink a cup of iced lemonade and apple iced tea! ~ Fat F

Einfach Toll! Wundervoll- ein wirklich schoenes kleines Restaurante mit sehr schoener Sicht. Wir hatten Glueck, das wir einen Tisch bekommen haben. Die zwei jungen Frauen sind sehr freundlich und man bekommt wirklich sehr gute Buerger mit sehr guter Fleischqualitaet und ganz natuerlichen Geschmack. Es war das richtige Abendessen. 之前係灣仔果邊食過一次Honbo, 印象非常好❤️原來佢地係海港城開左分店！前幾日去開果邊就順便去試下。黎到當然係食Signature 嘅Honbo漢堡喇🤤Burger入面加左漢堡扒、酸瓜同洋蔥等配料，仲有重點嘅特調醬汁。佢地嘅漢堡扒食落非常Juicy, 加埋生洋蔥絲食真係流晒口水❤️ 我雖然唔係特別鍾意Buffalo Wings，但間唔中都會想食下。Honbo嘅Buffalo wing 味道都唔錯，食落辛辣味十足。 ~ Chiu Y

Honbo's burgers are very famous and are listed on the list of must-eat hamburgers in Hong Kong. Besides burgers, the restaurant has some side dish options as well. 1. Honbo 2.0 Honbo 2.0 comes with four 2oz beef steaks, three cheeses, pickled cucumber, onion, lettuce and homemade sauce. Honbo's beef is very fragrant, and the texture of the entrance is really different from other burger joints. 2. The Gold Standard The burger comes with two pieces of 4oz beef steak, two pieces of cheese, special bacon, pickled cucumber, onion, lettuce and homemade sauce. 出尖沙咀經過依間漢堡包店都會見到排晒長龍，成日都好奇係咪咁正，早兩日平日收工出咗去同朋友食飯，行過竟然見到唔使排，諗都冇諗就入咗去，睇下係咪真係咁正幸運地有卡位座坐，研究左一陣食咩，最後叫左兩個漢堡、一份薯條同雞翼一齊share食 The gold standard 黃金堡嚟到已經聞到勁香，有兩塊4oz牛肉、兩片芝士、特製煙肉、酸瓜、洋蔥、生菜配自家製醬汁，份量都幾多，男士們叫依個一定飽漢堡包口感鬆軟唔乾，中間嘅牛肉煎得好香好惹味，一食第一口嗰陣仲有少少煎脆左嘅口感，牛味濃郁，酸瓜味道恰好又唔會過分酸，洋蔥同生菜更中和返整體味道，食落fresh得黎又唔會好膩 Honbo 1.5 依個係舖頭嘅招牌漢堡包，有分左三種牛肉份量，分別係1, 1.5同2.0，我揀左1.5依個係有3塊2oz牛肉、芝士、酸瓜、洋蔥配自家製醬汁，整體味道同黃金堡一樣，唯一牛肉同芝士合二為一，雖然無生菜，好再有酸瓜搭夠，食完唔會太油，加上同平時食嘅漢堡份量相約，啱啱好辣肉醬薯條係墨西哥肉醬味，入面除咗肉醬之外仲有紅腰豆，食落辣辣地，好惹味，如果薯條可以脆少少就更好 Buffalo Wings 水牛城雞翼都幾嗆辣，酸味較強烈，雞翼咬落都幾多汁，但建議真係好食得酸嘅人先好叫，因為比我平常食到嘅更酸更辣整體漢堡包的確做得出色，食得出牛肉係手打，所以食嗰時都見到唔係平時食嘅原整一塊咁，牛味都好濃，自家製醬汁係平常少食到嘅味道，特別得黎幾好味，易入口，想坐卡位座就揀平日或早少少去，望住個海景食真係幾relax ~ Hungry G

我哋叫咗兩款漢堡包首先honbo 2.0適合一啲鍾意食肉類嘅朋友，因為入邊有成4塊2oz 既手打肉，肉質香濃咬落超多肉汁入面配料仲有芝士、酸瓜、洋蔥適當減低油膩感。另外the gold standard就多左塊香脆既特制煙肉，仲有、芝士、生菜、洋蔥同配上自家製蛋黃醬汁，漢堡包咬落非常香口之餘又唔油膩，口感非常豐富肉醬薯條方面比較偏鹹不過啲薯條非常脆口，水牛雞翼味道濃郁酸酸辣辣非常惹味。 ~ Cherry W

喺香港我食過覺得最好嘅漢堡包店！漢堡包好食，非常香！仲有impossible meat同埋換咗lettuce bun嘅選擇！大推gold standard(但女仔嘅話可能會太大份), 煙肉超正，牛肉好香好juicy。chili fries 係墨西哥風味，辣辣地好惹味，唔使次次食松露薯條或者芝士薯條，有啲新意！overall食物好食，環境好，音樂好聽，仲對住個大海景，100分！ ~ Mily Y

Super pretty and chic Western burger place that serves up burgers, fries, and amazingly unique drinks. I love the fast and efficient service of the staff. They ensured we had seats upon taking our order, and cleaned up the tables nicely before we sat down. In terms of food, it was one of the best meals we tried in hong kong. The fries were fresh and crisp, the cheese sauce was very aromatic. Burger was unbeatable. It was of a generous size and I can't name a better burger place. I also tried the ginger lemonade and it was really interesting! The apple pie one sounds so good too. Coupled with the amazing view, I can't recommend this place enough. ~ Tan J
